From the 28th of July, the Lion’s Gate is wide open and everything aligns perfectly. The stars, the Fixed Star Sirius, Earth, and the Orion constellation are all aligned in the sky.
“The reason it’s called the ‘Lion’s Gate Portal’ is because it happens during the Leo season. On August 1st we have the Sturgeon Full moon and at the end of August the blue full moon. In between we have the Lion’s Gate.
It’s the best time to meditate and manifest. Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Picture yourself in your favorite spot and say the Reiki principles, loud or in your mind.

Have you ever thought about that your energy can block you or uplift you? There is more to us than waking up, having a coffee and get on with our routine….
Breathing deeply and being concious of who we are is essential to our lives and being.
There are little steps that you can take to make it easier, like take a few minutes every morning to reflect, to do breathing exercises and grounding. Show gratitude with a journal. It can be as simple as saying thank you for what you have. It could become your morning ritual.
Work on each Chakra at one time…. Connecting with yourself is a must. If you don’t self-care, who will?
Here is a simple exercise… Give it a go!

I close my eyes and I’m there. PICK YOUR PERFECT PLACE!
Once there sit down and simply relax and enjoy the moment. Focus on yourself and simply breathe.Add music if that helps and sit still just enjoying the moment you are in.
Start with a few minutes per day and see how you go. You can hold a crystal or simply a selenite piece. I prefer a selenite Wand. If I use a crystal pick what you have or your favourite.
I use the crystal that is needed at the right time. You see after a few minute, all looks great again. You feel refreshed!
Example: if I focus on the Crown Chakra (head), I use a clear quartz. If I work on the 3rd eye, I use an Amethyst, etc….

I do have crystals for sale but only for those who I conduct Distance Reiki sessions for. The reason for is simple, I reiki infuse them to specific needs.
Another thi g you can do and it can be a great habit before or after meditation (me time) is to drink crystal infuse water. This is so simple and satisfying. Pick a crystal place it in your tea Infused crystal bottle and enjoy the moon power.

Since the beginning of time, lapis lazuli is a beloved stone… Cleopatra was in love with this stone.
Lapis lazuli is a wisdom stone with many different minerals in it, like blue lazurite, sparkly pyrite, cloudy white calcite, and other minerals.
The deep blue colour is celestial and hypnotising. The word Lapis means stone and from the Persian word Lazhward meaning blue. The color meaning of Lapis lazuli was also used in several languages including Spanish and Portuguese Azul. Lapis Lazuli is a tually so important, that Michelangelo grounds it up to create blue paint called ultramarine that brings color and brings the robes of Mary of Nazareth painted on church walls. Cleopatra in her make-up and for nail polish as well as for her jewelry.
It is great as it protection from negative energetic and psychic attacks, it shields you with deep peace,reveals inner truth, harmony and honesty, let’s you have compassion, self – awareness, and self – expression. It’s a great Stone to align your throat chakra and to clear up communication. Lapis lazuli is an enlightening stone.

Meditation…. Do you know it’s actually easier as it sounds…. Such a big word that makes people anxious.
Maybe you always meditated, but in your own way…. To meditate, is not necessarily sitting in a yoga or lotus position. Meditation is about focusing on your breathing and letting all go. And this is the part that is hard, letting go.
The beauty about our brain is that we can picture ourselves in any corner of the world or even outside in the universe.
You can be sitting in the clouds at the beach, holding flowers in your hands or sipping a cup of tea or coffee. As long as you shut your brain down, simply breath, în and out, you meditate.
If you feel anxiety about that try this 5-5-8-2 or 4-6.
5 breath in, 5 hold 8 out and hold 2 seconds.
If that is toooooo much try 4-6 4 breath in and 6 out.
I can tell you for example how I meditate and if this is for you, go ahead and do it or get inspired to find your way. I image sitting in my home town (it’s far away from here-see pics above) on top of the hill looking down. Simply let go and you did it!
