Tell your future self what you hope she has healed, created, and become. – That one stays private!
3️⃣ Write 8 things you truly want
Be honest. Be bold. Be specific.- Keep it in your journal! -Private!
4️⃣ Thank yourself for 8 things you did well
Celebrate your wins and build self‑trust. – I celebrated finally finishing my book and having it published! Putting my kids in new schools, getting to the gym regularly! Taking better care of myself! Getting a grip on Printerst lol! Writing more! Etc… you get the point!
5️⃣ Visualize your life for 8 minutes
Then meditate for 8 minutes to seal the vision.- Keep it private!
6️⃣ Forgive yourself
Release one thing you’ve been holding against yourself.– Let it go!
7️⃣ Write 8 qualities your future self has
These become your roadmap.-Private!
8️⃣ Complete one task you’ve been putting off
Even a small action breaks energetic stagnation. -I do more Reiki for myself!
