Three ways to connect with your crystals
Crystals are as old as the world and are a history recorder… Connecting with them might seem impossible….! But there are simple ways to connect with them.
If you are new to crystals and the crystal world… you can go into a crystal store and see how you are vibing with them. See what crystal speaks to you and your energy. How do you do that? Simple- pick it up close your eyes and see if something happens with your energy, your feelings, etc…
Start with easy crystals like Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, or Amethyst… In the picture above, I am holding a Clear Quartz flame.
Here are the three simple ways to connect with your crystals!
- Hold the crystal in your hand and meditate
- Wear a crystal mala necklace – see image below
- Drink crystal-charged water or use an orgone plate to charge your water- see the last image

You can also connect with crystals by drinking crystal-charged water. I like to use a combo of amethyst, rose quartz, clear quartz, and green aventurine.
