Here’s a simple yet powerful ritual to tap into tonight’s lunar magic:
Set the Scene: Light a candle, play soft music, and sit under the moon or near a window. I use mostly candles that are already in jars.
Write & Burn: On a piece of paper, write down what you’re ready to release—fears, habits, relationships. Safely burn it in a fireproof dish. I use a metal dish. Stay safe.
Crystal Meditation: Hold your chosen crystal and visualize white light flowing through you, clearing old energy.
Sip Moon Water: If you’ve made moon water, take a sip and set an intention for renewal. I also use the same water to water all my plants, and they have thrived so far.
Dance or Chant: Move your body freely or chant affirmations like “I release, I renew, I rise.” That is so optional; if you are not good at moving like me, you can totally skip this. HAHA! I sit quietly and focus on the words I release, I renew, I rise….
